Thanks to our amazing customers, we are back to announce that Sage Intacct has once again earned exceptionally high rankings in the G2 Summer 2022 Reports. The collective opinions of our customers named Sage Intacct a leader in customer satisfaction for the 8th straight year. We placed #1 in customer satisfaction in 11 categories, #1 in 12 Grid Reports and Indexes, and was named a Leader in 30 areas. These G2 Reports represent the voice of verified software users.

Why is G2 Important? 

You may be wondering why G2 recognition is so important to us. It means a lot because reviews on G2 reveal the true sentiment of our customers. G2 is the largest customer review site for business software, and an important source of information for technology shoppers, who use the Grid to select the best products for their business. Enterprise Accounting Grid 

We are excited to share that verified users rank Sage Intacct #1 in the Enterprise Accounting category. We have the highest grid score and the highest customer satisfaction score over all true competitors. These top rankings in the enterprise market demonstrate our dedication to supporting customer growth. In fact, 90% of users say our product is a breeze to use, while 90% say it is easy to do business with us. Sage Intacct earned Leader awards in every Accounting market–Overall, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Small Business, and a Momentum Leader award.  

Mid-Market Accounting Grid 

Verified users also rank Sage Intacct a leader on the Mid-Market Accounting Grid for another consecutive quarter. For this Grid, G2 evaluated the performance of 47 accounting systems. Customers rate Sage Intacct #1 in customer satisfaction with a score of 93. 91% of reviewers say our product is going in the right direction, 87% say we meet requirements, and 86% say we are great business partners. G2 results show we move at speed with the shortest implementation time over all true competitors, allowing our users to achieve results up to 120% faster.  

Nonprofit Accounting Grid 

In the Overall Nonprofit Accounting category, customers continue to position Sage Intacct #1 on the grid, where they have consistently ranked us quarter after quarter. Users also rate Sage Intacct #1 in customer satisfaction–with a score that is 15 points higher than the closest competitor. And we are pleased 93% of our nonprofit users say our product is going in the right direction, and 89% would likely recommend us to a friend. Plus, Sage Intacct earned 3 awards in Nonprofit Accounting for Overall Leader, Small-Business Leader, and Best Relationship, which reflects the satisfaction shared by our verified reviewers.   

Mid-Market Subscription Management Grid 

We are thrilled verified users rank Sage Intacct #1 in customer satisfaction and #1 on the grid in Mid-Market Subscription Management. 96% of users believe our product is going in the right direction, and 87% percent say it is easy to use. Customers also rate us high at 86% for likelihood to recommend, meets requirements, ease of admin, and ease of doing business with us. Sage Intacct received recognition in this category with numerous awards for Overall Leader, Mid-Market Leader, Momentum, Best Usability Mid-Market, Best Meets Requirements Mid-Market, and High Performer Small Business.  

Mid-Market Subscription Billing Grid 

Sage Intacct is thankful for our honors in Mid-Market Subscription Billing, where we rank #1 in customer satisfaction and #1 on the grid, with scores at least 7 points higher than our closest competitors. In fact, 90% of reviewers believe our product is going in the right direction while 86% would recommend us. We earned multiple awards for Overall Leader, Mid-Market Leader, Small-Business Leader, Momentum Leader, Best Usability Mid-Market, Best Relationship Mid-Market, and Highest User Adoption Small-Business.  

Overall AP Automation Grid 

Customers also place Sage Intacct #1 on the grid in Overall AP Automation where a majority of verified users (93%) believe our product is going in the right direction, and 89% are satisfied with the ease of using our product. We earned awards for Overall Leader, Mid-Market Leader, Enterprise Leader, Small-Business Leader, and Momentum.

And in Enterprise AP Automation, our customers shared a ton of positive feedback, resulting in Sage Intacct rating #1 in the overall G2 score and #1 in customer satisfaction. An astounding 97% said our product is going in the right direction and 94% said our admin is easy to navigate. Plus, 92% are likely to recommend us. Sage Intacct also has the fastest implementation time compared with our true competitors.  

Relationship Index 

Our passion for customer satisfaction is evident with our Index Report ratings. We placed #1 on the Relationship Index for Overall Nonprofit Accounting and Mid-Market Subscription Billing. This index is based on how easy it is to do business with Sage Intacct, our quality of support, and how likely customers are to recommend us. We are delighted to hear we are building strong relationships and keeping people happy.  

Usability Index 

Our focus to continually improve our products for our users is paying off. We topped the Usability Index in the Mid-Market Subscription Management and Mid-Market Subscription Billing categories because of the ease of use and ease of admin of our products, and the ability to meet customer requirements.  

Results Index 

And we are humbled to share that positive reviews put us in the #1 spot on the Results Index for Overall ERP Systems. This index takes into account results-related review questions as well as estimated return on investment (ROI), and whether users would recommend us.
